Q : How will you dispatch my order? 
    We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 72-96 working hours of despatch; but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority. 
 
Q : How long will it take for my order to reach me? 
    While most orders are processed and despatched within 10 days of receipt of payment,  please provide up to 8 weeks for processing your order.  Because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques they may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.   

Q : What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Q : Can I return an item? 
    Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Patidar outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided.
Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect customers ability to support Patidar’s "no return no exchange” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.
Patidar firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered.
Patidar trusts and has faith in its customers for making its online venture successful so that every year Patidar can deliver and probably exceed customers expectations and beyond.  
 
Q : Clothing Care 
    All silks and hand embroidered outfits need to be preserved in a correct manner to ensure that the outfit you order stays in the best condition for a long time.
Any embroidery exposed to moisture, perfume or any other element that contains alcohol will blacken the embroidery immediately. It is therefore advisable to keep all embroidered outfits wrapped in muslin cloth. If you notice any loose thread on the fabric or on the embroidery DO NOT try to pull it out. Simply use scissors to cut it off neatly. Embroidered outfits are best maintained if kept in a hanging position. All outfits ordered from patidar.com must be dry-cleaned. Do not ever try to wash it at home as this will definitely damage your outfits permanently.
